Home Resonance ships acoustic panels, ceiling tiles, room dividers, and furnishings to addresses within the United States Only. Free Shipping applies to every order — there is no minimum purchase requirement and no hidden handling fee.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and handed to our carrier within 2–4 business days. Panels and ceiling tiles ship in crush-resistant, corner-protected cartons sized specifically to the product to reduce transit damage. Larger items such as room dividers and upholstered ottomans ship via standard ground freight and may require an extra 1–2 days to palletize.
Delivery Windows
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of shipment. Oversized items — engineered wood room dividers in particular — can take 7–12 business days depending on distance from our fulfillment partners. Tracking is emailed as soon as a label is generated.
Freight & Oversized Items
Room dividers over 60 lbs ship via a specialized freight carrier with curbside delivery. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window; please inspect the packaging before signing for freight deliveries and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and photograph the damage before contacting info@home-resonance.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
