We want every room you treat with Home Resonance panels to sound and look right. If it doesn't, here is exactly how returns work.
Return Window
Unused, unmounted panels, ceiling tiles, dividers, and furnishings may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in original condition and original packaging.
Exceptions
Custom-printed fabric panels, custom-cut sizes, and clearance items marked "final sale" cannot be returned unless defective. Installed or mounted panels (holes drilled, adhesive applied) are not eligible for return due to hygiene and resale restrictions on wall-mounted acoustic material.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a panel arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact info@home-resonance.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
How to Start a Return
Email info@home-resonance.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send a prepaid return label for defective items; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
